Manager
Our Manager, who has been with the business for 22+ years. He was a mechanic and MOT specialist for 15 years before moving across to the motor factor industry.
Nicole
Counter Assistant
Joined Spilsby Motor Spares from school and has now been with the business for over 10 years. There is little she doesn’t know about the motor trade and is an expert factor.
Oliver
Counter Assistant
Oliver has been a member of ‘the family business’ for many years. Has been trained by Richard & Julian, is a fast learner and already a very valuable member of the team.
Julian
Counter Assistant
Julian has been in the motor trade for over 45+ years, for part of which he was a paint specialist. He’s insanely knowledgeable and will always find customers a solution to their challenge. Julian has been with Spilsby for 10+ years.
Kayleigh
Counter Assistant
Kayleigh joined the team back in August 2022.

Delivery Driver
Joined the team in March 2025.

Delivery Driver
Nath joined in August 2025, he has been in the motor trade for 4+ years and is an enthusiastic individual and is always happy to help.
